Please check if infection has been removed

    Hi,

    I have run all the steps listed in Malware Removal guide. Please check attached files and confirm if my laptop is clean (running Windows 7).

    One problem is that after running Combofix, I am unable to connect to the internet. I have manual TCP/IP config setup and every time the 'Default Gateway' becomes blank after inputting the address and closing the window.

    What infection were you removing or what problems did you have? You need to attach the requested logs from SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes.

    You are basically clean other than what has already been removed. You just need to delete the below files:

    C:\oi4f7r8i.exe
    C:\Windows\temp\epsq.tmp
    C:\Windows\temp\qfos.tmp


    Why are you using manual settings? Is your network setup to have all static addressing? If not, you should be using DHCP settings ( which means obtain an address automatically ).
