Please Help! Browser Hijacker Still In Effect Even After Cleaning.

Hi guys,

As the title states I have an ongoing issue with a browser hijacker, mainly in that whenever I try to open a new tab on chrome it redirects to default-search.net. I have run HitmanPro/MalwareBytes and Adwcleaner and all of them tell me that my system is safe although the issue remains, I am obviously doing something wrong and I have exhausted the list of options known to me, so I hope somebody here can help me.

I will post any logs required if necessary.
