Please help gateway mt3422 xpro 64

I am trying to install xp pro 64 on a gateway mt3422 and cannot find working drivers for the sm bus controller and the co processor just to start and im gusessing thats why i cant install the nvidea geforce drivers either. please help.

everything went great untill I installed graphics driver windows will nor load now it has the windows loading logo then a black screen

 

I uninstalled the graphics driver and am back to norm but am missing the co-processor and graphics driver when i load the geforce 2000 xp 64 driver it said I did not have XP?
