Please Help... I have some NASTY viruses =(

I'm pretty much hopeless right now.

Here's the gist of my problems.

I keep getting a pop every 5 seconds from "Security Alert Center" that asks me "Do you want to block this suspicious software?" And it brings up some fake virus.

Then on my desktop, 3 shortcuts to porn websites keep being added.

Also, just now I was barely able to log into firefox, and a window popped up saying if I want to "send an error report" or "don't send".

The only way I can browse through firefox is if I just leave the window up.

I tried installing MBAM Malware bytes but it keeps stalling.

It says "Finishing installation....." And all the green boxes are full but it just stays like that.

I even tried renaming mbam.exe to something else and it STILL won't install properly.

Please help. I really need this computer for school.
