Please help me remove Virus('s) from my computer

I'm having trouble getting rid of this virus on my computer. My computer is moving slower, internet explorer pops up whenever it feels like it and it automatically sets itself to "accept all cookies" in the security options. I have Norton, Ad-Aware and Spybot which all blocked and removed some stuff and made things work better but still I'm having problems. Internet explorer pop's up whenever it feels like it and is working slow like crazy, also in add-ons this vtutr.dll thing keeps enabling itself. Personally I use firefox, but my family members who use my computer sometimes (despite the fact that there's two other ones they could use ) use internet explorer and are probably responsible for the virus.

Please someone help me.
