Please Help. Removing Fbi Ransomware!

I am new to this site and i joined as suggested by a friend to seek help with a problem. I was just loggin in this morning when a ransom note appeared with the Fbi logo on it and Camera in control asking me to pay. I could not exit out. Now, since im new to these threads i do not know how to attach files and what programs and how to attach files from these programs so links would be great. I
know in order to help me personally i need to post the specs and logs of sorts, but i do not know which ones.

Please go into Safe Mode with Networking. Read: How to start your computer in Safe mode with Networking

Once in Safe Mode with Networking, download RogueKiller to your desktop.

Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
When it opens, press the Scan button
After the scan has finished, press the Delete button.
When it is finished, there will be two logs on your desktop called: RKreport[1].txt and RKreport[2].txt
Attach both of them to your next message. (How to attach)
