    word for word this is what the mobo manual says:
    HT-Speed (800 MHz)
    This item shows the bus frequency of Local Descriptor Table. Its default is set at 800MHz. Previously my number was 400MHz and so i put it up to 800. will i notice a difference? or will i overheat? i have a Zalman Heatsink... and Artic Silver 5 thermal compound


    any other recomendations? i want it a little faster.... here are al of my specs....
    ECS Elitegroup 755-A2....keep in mind i was on a budget when i bought all of this
    AMD Athlon64 3000+
    Kingston PC3200 433MHz 512MB
    Xtasy Radeon 9600 256MB
    Hercules 5.1 sound card
    Netgear Networkin card
    Cheap cd burner.... im in the process of gettin a dvd burner
    Samsung 80gb piece of s*** HD reallllly slow! need to save up
    Windows XP Pro
    All wrapped up in a Antec Sonota

    Just buy another 512 RAM and next time go with a Seagate hard drive ;)
