pogo stops loading?

I go to pogo, play chess, the click on a chess room I want, then the pop up screen comes up and tries loading
4 secs it stays brown
I go back to the main screen at pogo(non pop window) and it is also brown.

I ran CCcleaner and ad-ware and it still goes on

everything else seems fine, I just used pogo yesterday

any ideas how to correct this issue?

Hi

What Windows version and Service Pack as well as what browser version you using?

Offhand many issues like this with online games are linked to either Java or Flash, so try the below.

I would even though you have latest version installed do a bit of a clean install of the Flash plugin and download the cleaner tool from Adobe HERE and run.

Do same for Java Runtime and run this tool called JavaRA to remove old Java versions.

Then run CCleaner and its Cleaner and Registry tool (run the registry one until nothing shows for removal, do save the registry when it prompts you) then double check in

If 64bit Windows
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed and delete Macromed folder

If 32bit Windows
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed and again delete the folder

if 64bit, then check both areas, just in case.

Then download and install latest Adobe version HERE (do on the Majorgeeks download page click the Firefox, Safari and Opera users need this version link and install, if you use Firefox etc then also install the Windows version of Flash as well) also update Shockwave HERE

and Java HERE
