pop up claiming i might have blackworm malware

i went to boxtorrents and a popup came up saying i might have blackworm malware it said i should install windows malware security or whatever i clicked the x button at the top of the popup but it refused to close so i just shutdown my laptop cause

i didnt trust that popup i was tempted to click the ok button but i thought this might be a trick so it can give malware

anyway what do i do now

 

popups popup on that site all the time but this is the only time one pops up that has a little grey box in it
