    Hi,

I've come across a problem with a co-workers computer. She's constantly receiving pop ups to the point that it locks her computer up. I believe it may be some sord of trojan virus but it's not being removed by any antivirus program. We have a secure firewall, ran adaware, spybot and the problem still continues. I ran "Hijackthis" and am posting the log below, could you help with this issue?

    Here you go:

You appear to have a few things to be cleaned up. First download and run this: http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe

    Then run these online scans:
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm

Now see this and do the un-install of Purity Scan: http://www.purityscan.com/uninstall.html

Now disable system restore (see this to learn how to: http://www.majorgeeks.com/vb/showthread.php?t=31668)

Then reboot in safe mode (see this to learn how to: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406)

Now don't run anything else but HijaakThis. Have it fix (if still there):

Delete these files (if still there) make sure you are allowed to view hidden files in Win Explorer:

    C:\WINDOWS\sysupd.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsapiit.exe

Now reboot in normal mode and see where we stand. If everything is okay, enable system restore. If not, do not enable yet.

See this info on sysupd.exe: http://www.pchell.com/support/tscash.shtml

Do you know what this is: C:\Program Files\Qurb\QSP-2.1.213.0\QOELoader.exe
