Pop Ups And Have Ask...didn't Install It

    Recently I have been getting a few pop ups when using Firefox which is the only browser I use on a regular basis.

    Logs attached. The only thing that was a problem I got a message that said "Hijack This could not write to the Host File".

    Do you use an ad blocker in Firefox?

    Re run Hitman, have it remove what it finds and let me know about how things are and if you do indeed have an ad blocker.

    I reran Hitman and I attached the log. Yes, I do have the default pop up blocker activated in Firefox if that is what you mean by an ad blocker.

    Another weird thing is I noticed I have 3 Documents folders in the File Explorer. Maybe that is just a weird thing that happened with the upgrade to Windows 10:rolleyes:

    OK, I enabled it. First thing I noticed was my calculator and a couple of other apps would not open. I disabled adblockerplus, rebooted the computer and reenabled adblockerplus. Now those apps work. Will get back to you after a few days of net surfing. Thanks for your help.
