Okay, so I guess I don't even really know WHERE to begin. I've gone through the whole procedure for malware removal. I run PCcillin on my own... yet somehow in the span of ONE day, I started seeing all of this spyware. Suddenly my computer was running very slowly, and I was getting an excessive number of pop-ups. My background changed to a spyware warning (but has since returned to normal since running all of the suggested programs and such). Also, when I opened IE, my home page was changed to c:/secure32.html. Now, however, the file (I guess) was deleted so I just get an error message and a blank home page. The pop-ups are fewer, but I still seem to have a bunch of.... CRAP on here. I don't really know what to do at this point, but it could be something very simple... or something terribly complex. I guess that shows how much I know. Anyway... here's the scoop:

    I have a Dell Dimension 8200 w/ Intel Pentium 4, 2000 MHz
    256mb RAM
I run Windows XP Professional w/ 76285mb total free space (92% remaining)

Attached are my bitdefender results, activescan results, and hijackthis logfile.

    I'm sorry I suck :( Don't hate.

    PLEASE PLEASE save me!!!!!!1!

 Okay.... I seriously don't know what to do now. I've done everything. When I say everything, I think I pretty much mean everything. Everytime I open up IE I get an error message telling me that c:/secure32.html does not exist. I am about to cry because of all the friggin pop-ups and BS. Please review my HJT file?!!1! I live on the third floor of this building and I'm going to throw the computer out the window. GRRRRRR!!!!!  and I still can't get into safe mode. I don't know what the problem is....

    ps here's my original post:

You already have a thread started. Please remain in that thread and follow the directions given. I'm merging you back to the original thread. You need to complete what BJ gave you in message # 2.
