Popup / Ad Redirect Problem

I am having a problem with random popups may be ad redirects) anytime ie is running.

The source of the ads seem to be a redirect to adtrgt.com because the popup displays this url before the ad appears.

I have tried everything including updating to IE Version 7 and scanning with HouseCall, SDFix, RogueRemover, VundoFix, AVG, Ad-Aware, Spy-Bot, CWShredder, A-Squared and HiJackThis but the problem continues and nothing is detected.

It was suggested that I have someone examine my HiJackThis log file so
I have attached it as well.

Any help to get rid of this problem would be greatly appreciated.
