popup(addon) windows virus problem

    Hi, i noticed yesterday that strange popups appear on websites i use daily and those do not have popups, i tested on another pc and no popup appears, thus i followed the scanning procedure and got my logs,i shall post them right now :)

    You can rerun Hitman and have it delete Potential Unwanted Programs.

    You can also have it delete

    • C:\Users\ZOHRA\AppData\Local\Temp\Fichiers Internet temporaires\Content.IE5\5IBD71G1\new[1].exe
    • C:\Users\ZOHRA\AppData\Local\Temp\26048.exe


    [​IMG] Fix items using RogueKiller.

    Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    When it opens, press the Scan button
    Now click the Registry tab and locate these 3 detections:

    • [RUN][ROGUE ST] HKLM\[...]\Policies\Explorer\\Run : 21680 (C:\PROGRA~3\LOCALS~1\Temp\msniuv.exe) -> FOUND
    • [RUN][ROGUE ST] HKLM\[...]\Wow6432Node\Policies\Explorer\\Run : 21680 (C:\PROGRA~3\LOCALS~1\Temp\msniuv.exe) -> FOUND
    • [TASK][SUSP PATH] A-1934475767 : C:\Users\ZOHRA\AppData\Roaming\A-1934475767.exe -> FOUND

    Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.
    When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
    Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
    Reboot the machine.

    Now rerun RogueKiller again, just a scan and attach log.

    Let me know how things are running please.

    it seems like i can't delete with hitman pro because its an unavtivated version :( and sadly i can't afford buying one right now.i shall try with roguekiller as well now

    after scanning with hitman pro i went to the folder where the 2 files are and manually deleted them,in order to make sure i did another scan with hitman pro and they didn't appear again,afterwards i did as you told me with roguekiller,and reboot,and rescanned with roguekiller as you said,here are the 2 logs :)

    i just opened a random website i usually use and another one appeared :( seems its not fixed yet

    hmm,for example right here when i refreshed earlier,and now when i opened Deviantart.com,i also read manga in these websites : mangareader.net mangahere.com

    oh you said browser,the one i use 99% of the time is Firefox,i rarely use chrome so i didn't test it there.

    i just loaded another install of firefox from filehippo.com and uninstalled this one (i removed all data..) and installed this one,sadly the problem still appears :(

    some popups did still appear but now none appeared in a long while,even though i didn't touch anyhing,seems they have disappeared, thus thanks for your help. :)
