Port issues can anyone help?

hi guys hope everyone here is ok aint been on here for a while got a question if someone does not mind helping me out.

Is it possible to find out what ports on my router are open and whick ones are closed, its just that im having a very strange problem with my xbox live 360, my nat keeps changing from moderate to open dont ask me how it does for some reason, just wanna find out if it is open or not, if anyone knows of a program that would show me the info i need or if someone can help id be very greatfull.

The Router keeps all the ports close toward the Internet only (does not intervene with LAN).

If you need to open a port toward the Internet, there is a menu in the Router that would let you do so and would show any other opened port.
