Possible graphics driver problems

Hello, lately my computer
geforce 3 , 512 ram
p4 2.6
xp service pack 1
direct x 9

has been crashing randomly in games, sometimes it doesnt happen but more often than not the game will suddenly crash with a blue screen of death

the message mentions something about nv4_11
drivers which i presume is my nvida geforce 3 drivers, Im using .6177

i have tried reinstalling the drivers, but i still get the same problem, Does anyone know if geforce 3s have issuses with the .6177 drivers? or what could be causing the blue scren crahses.
