Possible lsass.exe problem

Hi everyone,

I haven't had any major issues since I bought my computer back in 2006, it's still running as fast as it was when I still brought it and I have been able to keep it relatively free from malware when i switched to firefox and disallowed access to many conspituous sites, the only differences I have really noticeed is extremely slow loading and connection times once in a while when it comes to accessing the internet.

Tonight I got an alert from Mcafee saying that lsass.exe needed to access the internet. This alert came about 4 minutes after downloading a Bink.exe file, which was on my own website and I knew was clear of viruses (not sure if something in that triggered lsass.exe?)
Anyway, This access to internet alert has never happened before. I know the genuine version of lsass is to be located in my system32 folder. After running a search on my computer when I got this message I noticed to other locations.

If it is a trojan it has never given me any noticeable issues before, but I have suddenly gotten this request to access the internet which makes me believe I might be in for a ride.
Please help me remove this file before it becomes a menace.

• If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

• Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
   
   • Starting your computer in Safe mode
2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
