possible new monitor question

I've read/heard that 1920x1080 @ 27" monitors text could be slightly pixelated. thoughts?

Vastly better 2560x1440 and ips panel which blows tn out of the water however wont do 3d. I have 2 dell 23 inch ips U2312HM and love them.

 

Yeah, I'm more interested in the 3d part though. I'd love to find an IPS 3d monitor, though, I'd hate to pay for it.

I've also thought about getting a 30" IPS LCD for gaming and the 27" for 3d gaming/movies. Cheaper to get the 27" monitor, than buying a new 60" tv for 3d to replace my current 60" tv. Maybe.
