Possible Virus Problem Dealing with the Internet

Yesterday i believed i recieved a virus and it seems to affect a couple of things. Whenever i start up IE of FF and and try to search through a search engine, it just sits there as if it is searching, but it wont pull up the page. It brings up other pages, but it wont search at all. Another thing is that for some reason i seemto see alot more rundl32.exe and svchost.exe now in my task manager. I have run Spybot and Mcafee virus scan and cleaned out my comp that way. The problem still persists. Another thing is that random popups will come out of nowhere as well while i am on a brower on the internet. I looked around online and i cant seem to find anything to fix this. Also when i try to do a system restore, it doesnt fix it. Also, it seems as though most of my system restore points have been deleted. Only one that shows up is the one that shows up u1 day ago. Any help here?
