Possibly a stupid question

Ok, I have been sorting out my startups trying to speed things up a little. I have been removing and disabling dead weights and i have come across one i cant identify at all.

JMNLJLY.EXE is the command name and it apparently lives in my windows folder. I dont really want to do anything with it untill i know what the hell it does so I am hoping someone out there knows, i tried googling it but came up with a whole heap of nothing and i have trolled through the usual startup guides and found nothing either......

So please help me and my curiosity........

 

Files that have funny looking file names like that are almost always virus related. Especially if they reside in your Windows or Windows/System32 folder.
