power outage, no video, and good video card

My power flickerd, Usually I just reset my power supply.
But this time it didn't work. my hard disk doesn't want to take off. and I can't get any video I have a new Raeon 512
but, my onboard wont work either.

PLEASE HELP

 

get something like this Ultra 20/24 Pin PSU tester 2 for 1
and if it tests ok its your motherboard
if it doesnt test ok than a new psu is in order
or maybe try changeing the fuse in it

How often does this happen?Are you using a surge protector?

It could a multiple damaged components if a power surge has hit it,you need to start troubleshooting first by tryna get just a video picture so remove all add in cards,unplug your harddrive,floppy,cdrom,connect 1 stick of ram in dim 0,reset the cmos jumper and try and boot the computer
