I bought a new GF7800GT and it said I needed atleast a 450 Watt Power supply. I ordered an Enermax EG565P-VE FMA(24P) 535Watt PS from Newegg.

My MOBO has a 20 + 4 Pin configuration. The PS has a 20 pin and a 4 pin connector. The problem is that the PS 4 pin connector is not standard. It is designed to fit into a 24 pin mobo right next to the 20 pin connector.
The pin slots (rounded vs square) don't line up right with the Mobo's 4 pin cpu slot.

Is there a way to re-wire the connector or did I just get the wrong PS?

I hate to send it back to newegg if there is something I can do.

    Thanks

    CPU -AMD 4000+
MOBO - Asrock 939 sata II
    1 IDE HD (300gig)
    1 sata HD (120gig)
    2 cd/dvd (1 burner and i dvd rom)
    Video - eVGA GF7800GT
    Memory - 1gig OCZ Ram

Check to see if you have an 8 pin connector that can be separated. I did which turned it into two 4 pin connectors.

See, 24 pin motherboards still have 4 pin connectors too.

My PSU is 20+4pin too, which can be detached, for a 20 pin connector.
