Poxy settings???

    So there is a site(un-named for a reason) that I visit alot and recently I have not been able to get the video to play. I just see a blank screen when I click on a video. Now through some research I belive it is a proxy issue. I went to HideMy@$$ dot com and went to the site through them, but that seems really odd to do and I just don't want to do it. Can someone help me out? Tell me how to fix the proxy issue?

    The same issue shows up on both Chrome and FireFox, and my OS is W7.


    Hope that helps, tell me what you guys need, because I am lost here.
