Pressing the CTRL launches Windows Explorer

Hi

I run Windows XP Home and now whenever I press the CTRL key, Windows Explorer launches. It's REALLY annoying as you might imagine...grrrrrr!!!!

I guess I must have some sort of malware but have run various full scans to identify and remove anything suspicious. My kids use the same PC so it's possible they've installed something.

I've tried using Google etc. to search for another instance of someone having this problem without any luck.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks Tim. Tried this but Hotkey Detective says there are no mappings. It must be something else causing it (some sort of malware?) so I will try posting there instead.

I've since noticed that the right CTRL key launches Outlook - the left one launches Windows Explorer (My Computer).

It's so annoying...
