Print Boss Program will not install and freezes computer

    virgo3 Private E-2

    we have a network program PRINT BOSS
    was working on computer and now it just won't work
    when it tries to execute computer crashes
    even installing/reinstall causes crashing
    works on all other system computers
    says RANGE ERROR
    can not identify this error
    no viruses
    fixed spyware
    any other ideas? do not have a service contract with WELLSPRING
