Printer only prints in black and pink!

    I'm having a problem with my printer! It only prints in black and pink and the cartridge is new so it's no problem with ink. Any suggestions?

    More information would be usefull. What Operating System are you running and what type of printer do you have? :)

    Did this problem just suddenly begin?
    Make sure ink cartridge is installed properly, have you reviewed all settings?

    Has this printer sat unused for a while? If so, the Cyan and Yellow print heads may have dried up but your Magenta one may not have. This could explain why it's printing only black and pink.
