Printing in W2K3

    Hi there,
    Thanks for reading. Search func wasn't working (page unavailable) so I hope I'm not repeating.

    I am looking to control printing in a network. Looked at global policy; didn't have settings I need: to bar BW printing from color printer.

    Didn't see any obvious choices on driver props on the server. I want to control a color HP 4100DTN. Any ideas? Clients are 2K/XP

    Huh? I don't understand your question. The HP 4100 series is a B&W series. They don't print color at all. 4100DTN = 4100 B&W printer with a Duplexer, extra paper Tray, and Network card.

    Most if not all HP color printers all have a C in their designation.
