Printmaster

I have tried repeatedly to put my old Printmaster Platinum 12 on to this computer. It keeps freezing it up. So, I guess I have decided I need to purchase a new copy, even though I don't really want to spend the money.

Does anyone have any ideas why my old copy doesn't work? I don't get any errors, just freezes up.
Another question, if I buy the new one, how can I guarantee I have the old one completely off, so I don't have any conflicts?

After doing some googling, I found the answer to my problem.
