Probably a simple HTML question

I've got a link to send email on a website I created through a template (it allows HTML). Is it possible to set it up where when somebody uses the link (email to my office) it fills in the subject line for them?

I almost missed a customer this morning because I thought it was junk mail because there was no subject at all, I don't want that to happen again. I'm just getting into the IT business (just graduated from college) and will eventually take a web design class, but I haven't yet.

    Thanks for the help
