I have been using jetclean (http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/jetclean.html) with success. However, I now find that my anti-virus software says that the latest download has a virus? Has anyone experienced this. My virus software is ESET / NOD32. I attached the message that I am getting from ESET.
    thanks,

It's a false positive often because of bundled software.

Honestly, not being updated in 2 years I would go CCleaner or Wise Cleaner.
