   I purchased RealPlayer when I had Windows XP, now I'm running Vista 64 bit and now I can't sign in to burn CD's or DVD's, can you help me with this?

   Have you attempted to contact RealPlayer to see if they have a 64bit version of the software that may be required in comparision to what you were using in Windows XP?
   Also, was your XP 64 bit or 32?
