Problem installing .net framework 3.5 sp1

Hey all, newbie here,

I currently have .net Framework 2.0 sp1 on windows xp.

I am trying to download .net Frameowrk 3.5 sp1., and it is not working. It attempts to download and install from the server, and will fail on 5 attempts. I then receive an eror message:

Does anyone have a solution of how to fix this? No idea what to do.
