Hello, Does anyone know how to fix this WINLOGON related issue, it happens everytime when Windows starts (attached below) its in Spanish (English Translation: "Registry wizard could not run because required system information is not available or is incorrect")

I had recently an infection with spyware, i noticed that there was a crappy WINLOGON.EXE in User's TEMP folder, AVG and Spyware Doctor cleaned it up. i also saw that it was (same path) in 'Startup' in MSCONFIG, i unchecked it but this message still appears.

Does anyone knows how to fix this, any registry value or something?

    Thanks in Advance
    Best regards!

I have Win XP in Spanish, this message only appears in this language but here's the translation.

English Translation: "Registry wizard could not run because required system information is not available or is incorrect"

I also saw, that error message its from a regwiz.exe process, when i click on 'OK' this process closes, system process? or some random application?

    Thanks

Okay then I assume you do not have any malware issues that you require help with since you have not run the READ ME.

Yes you assume well, except that I read the readme file.
It was a malware related issue, thankfully SDoctor cleaned it up, i saw a fishy registry entry in WINLOGON\Userinit, I cleaned it up and voila!.

Okay that's great! If you do run into any other malware problems, be sure to run the READ ME and attach the logs afterwards.
