Problem saving invitation file for remote assistance

    I have a machine that is unable to generate Windows Remote Assistance invitation files. When I try to save the file, I get the following error, "A problem occurred that might prevent remote assistance from working. Try again, or contact your system administrator."

    Google has turned up very little, but I have tried a clean boot using msconfig and disabling the anti-virus/firewall, but none of that has worked.

    Any ideas?
