I have been running Spyware V3.1 for some time. I hit the upgrade and saw there was a new version available. I followed the instructions, ie turn off 3.1, remove 3.1, load 3.2. I clicked to load V3.2, screen said done and went to this site. I'm running XP and Norton 2005. Norton asked if i should allow access to Spyware and I said yes.
But I got no icon for spyware and the directory in "programs" is empty.
Guess I am lost. Help, Help!!
    TIA, old (66) computer guy

You mean SpywareBlaster! What do you mean by "screen said done and went to this site. " What is "this site"?

I assume it was Norton's firewall that asked you that question?

If installed, the default directory is C:\Program Files\SpywareBlaster

Where did you download your 3.2 copy from? Was it from us: SpywareBlaster

After removing the old version it would be a good idea to reboot first, then install 3.2.
