I had Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash don't know what I have done but I cannot download Adobe Flash to download. It just looks like it is downloading but the program is never there. If I want to use the Reader I have to disable my registry fix and the open the reader. I tried for two hours to down load the flash program to no avail. Is there anyway I can fix this? I am not to good at figuring this out. Any advice would help me, please and thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi Wadda

Goto Add/Remove and remove any Adobe Flash Player Plugin, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX, Adobe Shockwave player if found.

Then run the uninstaller from Adobe ( Download here ), then goto the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\ folder and delete the Shockwave and Flash folders.

Then run CCLeaners Cleaner and Registry tools ( run the Registry one a few times until no items are found )

Run the Windows Installer Cleanup tool and delete any mentions of Flash or Shockwave.

    Reboot.

Then install Flash and Shockwave again

    Flash Player
    Shockwave Player
