problem with Advanced WindowsCare Personal v2

I was having problems with my computer hanging up when trying to restart and a few other minor issues. So I recently downloaded the Advanced WindowsCare Personal v2 from your web site. I ran the scan and went through each item to repair the problems that were found. It seems to have fixed the hanging up on restart but other problems have started. Now when I click on my IE shortcut button or other buttons it will open two windows. Other times I will have to click on something two or three times to get it to do anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. am running win xp, IE ver7 and updated windows prior to installation.
