Problem With Condition Zero Can Anyone Help!!!

Recently i seem to have a problem with my Counter Strike Condition Zero, on my pistol, the crosshairs are far apart making it hard to aim, also crosshairs are long on the primary weapon, also the gun is lagging when i shoot which is very unusual, and hasnt happened before. I am just wondering if anyone could help me in sorting this out, i beleive it to be with a virus thing i have had lately.

When playing condition zero or counterstirke i keep on getin pop-ups from internet explorer. I think it is to do with a program that is downloaded on my computer called IEXPLORE.EXE. i have tried virus scans such as AVG, Ad-aware 6, CWShredder.
