   I've been trying to get through the malware "run and read me first" but stumbled when I got to making hidden files appear. I have windows XP. When I click explore from the start button, I get the screen i believe I am looking for. However, when i click on "Tools", i do not have the option to select "Folder Options"
   
   anyone know whats going on?

   Just bypass that part and continue on with the Read and Run First instructions and then attach the requested logs.
