Problem with Msiexec.exe File Probobly a virus

Hi, Im New Here But i Know Computers Preety good, But i Have a Problem Which I cant fix and it wont go away, probobly a Virus.

The Problem is that msiexec.exe Starts With my Computer And it Keeps Turning on and off every 0.5 Seconds and it Makes my Cpu Usage Rate Rise up to 40-50% Instead of usual 0-2% It Happend to me Once before, But i managed to Delite msiexec.exe with alot of Struggle But this time i needed it to install something and now the problem is back.

System Specs:
Intel Q6600 2.4GHZ
3GB DDR 2 RAM 667MHZ
Nvidia Geforce 8800GTX 768MB
500GB HDD.
