Problem with recognize the sata disk on boot

I got a kinda strange problem. When i start my computer witch got 3 hhd, 2 sata disk one samsung 500 gb and one maxtor 200gb, then it got 1 ide 80 gb disk with the os on. Anyways when i start the computer it only finds the maxtor disk and the ide disk and if i go in in bios and looks i cant find the other sata disk. But if i restard the computer when its on, it finds the 500 gb sata disk... Anyone who got the same problem. I have tried 2 change places of the sata discs but without any luck.
