problem with Rhapsody

    I have used Rhapsody in the past and had it downloaded and everything worked fine. I haven't used it in almost a year and decided to use it again now I can't get it to work. I have uninstalled it and tried to reinstall but get an error that it has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. Can someone help me with this? I have windows XP. Thanks
