Problem with Save Target As

    Everytime i right click a file that i want to download, it gives me all the options such as save target as and save pictue as but i cant click 'save target as' since it is grey and not black. This happens with every single thing i right click. The website i wanted to download it from even says 'save target as' to download but i cant.
