Problem with Sony MPEG Encoder Board

    Hi! Can anyone help? I have a Sony Vaio PCV-W1/G with a Sony MPEG Encoder Board and Giga Pocket Software. About 6 weeks ago this just decided to stop working! In device manager it shows a yellow error and says unable to start. I have tried uninstalling and let plug and play detect it again, which it does, but still has an error. Giga Pocket wont work because of it. I have looked on the sony website and have all the latest downloads etc. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
