Problem with The Sims:Deluxe Edition

    :cry i had the game for more then 3 years now and i never played it because it always exits out when you start. i downloaded a patch but it still doesn't wok.
    what can i do in order to play it?
    i wish i can return it...

    Make sure everything is up-to-date on ur PC like graphic card, windows updates....etc. Had this problem myself with other games.
