problem with window installer

So I have tried about everything I can find to fix this problem. I ended up getting a virus about two weeks ago.I have run malwarebytes and spybot.

Evey time I reboot my antivirus(nod32) finds and olmarick trojan.So I decided to try you good folks here.

I started to do the read me run me had problems removing java so I kept going and everything else up to installing the scan tools worked fine.

So I keep getting the message

Windows installer service could not be accessed.This can occur if the windows installer is not correctly installed.Contact your support personnel for assistance.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall windows installer and still receive the same message.I would greatly appreciate any help anyone could give me to fix this so I can get this virus off my comp.

please help I can not even use system restore. When I open system restore it crashes as soon as I try to go to a restore point.

I have tried everything and every repair tek I can find.

Try using Revo in safe mode to remove Java.

Then do the scans any way you can, even if it's in safe mode and post your logs to the Malware fighters in the malware section.
