    Hi Julio,
    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Do you mean you followed all of the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST ? If so, you should still have all the logs, and as part of the cleaning process, you would have decided yourself that your computer was clean and done something with your restore points. We can't determine whether your computer was actually clean or not without seeing the logs produced by the scans you ran. If you have the old logs still, that would give us an idea of when you went through the procedure and it would be a starting point for us to see what you did the first time around. If you have not cleared all the old restore points, DO NOT DO SO NOW! It might be possible to use one of them to get you back to before you installed all the software you mentioned. If you did clear all the old restore points when you finished our instructions and set a new one, try going back to that restore point as the first thing. If you have any questions about these different options, please ask them before you do anything.

The logs we would want to see, if you still have them, are as follows:

Counterspy (or AVG 7.5 Antispyware if you couldn't run Counterspy)
    BDScan (from BitDefender)
    Activescan (from Panda)
    newfiles.txt (from ShowNew)
    runkeys.txt (from GetRunKeys)
    hijackthis.log

  3. I´ve lost only the Activescan.txt, i think i deleted it when i deleted the panda folder. :p

I have deleted the list of sites that my browser was blocking pop-ups ( i don´t remeber what program fill this list) and my browsing is a lot better, but still slow.

shareaza still don´t conect no matter how i try.

    Hi Julio,
Thank you for the logs. Do you remember, when you went through the READ & RUN ME FIRST, whether or not you also did Step 8 of these instructions which requests you to toggle the system restore, to eliminate earlier restore points and set a new one?

I do not want you to do this now, I simply want to know if you did this when you finished the scans on Sept. 9th, because if you did do this, the easiest thing now would be to return to that restore point. But if you did not do this, then we have to do things differently. Please try to remember this information for me and let me know.

    Thanks.

    Julio,
It's not unfortunate, because your computer was probably in a good state when you did that. If you have not tried to go back to that one restore point, which should be sometime after you finished the scans around 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon on Sept. 9th, please do that now. If you can remember the exact restore point and if it is the restore point before you installed futher software, please go to exactly that one restore point. After you've rebooted your computer, see how it is working. If it seems to be working better, then I will have you do several things which were missed the first time around and we can see if we can't get it back to that good state it was in when you finished the READ & RUN ME.
