Problems after product knowledge removel

    Hi all

    Have gone through the removel process and although their is nothing showing on my scans i am still having problems with browser running a lot slower. If sombody could take a look that would be great.

    Does this happen in all browsers? Have you cleaned out your temp internet files?

    Use windows explorer to find and delete:
    C:\Users\christian\Local Settings\TEMP\DCRQo31o.lnk
    C:\Users\christian\Local Settings\TEMP\DCRQo31o.lnk.part

    IE seems to be working fine, its just mozzila. Have deleted temp internet files, both with ccleaner and through browser. Was able to delete the first file although not sure ive done it right, got a message saying the file was no longer at that location when i tried to delete the second file.
