I have a IBM thinkpad t41, with windows xp. My problem is when I turn on my computer, it will show the windows xp logo then the screen will turn black and it looks like its trying to boot up with some other program, (it says some other computer company name) and it scans and says "No operating system found".

Do you have a floppy or CD in any of the drives?
