Problems saving Favourites

After browsing a site I Add To Favourites, but when I go back to Favourites and click on the site I want to browse, I get a message saying the the Target of the Internet Shortcut is not valid!
Any Ideas?????
I am using Windows Vista Home edition:

 

Yes indeed, I am using Internet Explorer 7.

 

Was that the only message you got? Nothing added to it?

Just a thought... did you mark these favorites while "offline"?

BTW: I "only" use XP Home, so am not familiar with Vista.

 

No, it also goes on to tell me to go to the "Shortcut Property Sheet" and check the target is valid!!!!!!!!
Favourites were saved "Online".
